DDR gefertigten und dort verkauften 50cm³ Roller & Motorräder der Marke Simson nicht auf diesen fahren dürfen (weil Maximalgeschwidigkeit dieser ist legal 60km/h!)...Das bezieht sich jedoch nicht nur auf bauartbedingte Höchtgeschwindigkeit sondern muss von dem entsprechenden Fahrzeug auch in der Konfiguration erreicht werden, ansonsten ist's nen genemigungs- und (Teil-)sperrungspflichtiger Sondertransport...Ausnahmen von der <a href="https://infosec.space/tags/Mindestgeschwindigkeit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Mindestgeschwindigkeit</a> sind nur <a href="https://infosec.space/tags/Stau" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Stau</a>, <a href="https://infosec.space/tags/Beschilderung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Beschilderung</a> und notwendiges, angepasstes Fahren (bspw. Unwetter, Unfallstelle, Straßenschäden, Baustellenzufahrt, ...)
