It's only a 5 minute scoot from our place to here. There are comfy benches, fire pits, and a Porta Potty.

Looking into the valley and across the Rhine onto the Taunus Mountains under a leaden sky.
Porta Potty at the picnic area whereat I chill, along with part of the back of the chaise lounge bench on which I recline.

🤣 Anyway, I'da thunk "across the Rhine" in the AltText would dispel any notion of yours truly being in jolly ol' England.

St Remegius Church (11th century) using my binoculars as a telephoto lens.
Palace Church (10th century with 12th century tower) using my binoculars as a telephoto lens. As this is the only one in the wide view, I'm guessing this one.
