@cstross Which Linux do you have?
@carturo222 I mostly run the flavour of Linux called macOS. (Hint: they're both unix-descended OSs. I care more about getting work done effectively than about ideological purity these days—bearing in mind that being locked into a commercial walled garden invites enshittification, so I mostly use open tools/applications and leave worrying about the OS to OS-worriers.)
