Been going through a long process of figuring out what’s causing me to feel foggy brained, dizzy, physically tense, a lot of the time, even when I’m not feeling anxious about anything particularly.
It’s taken a long time to rule out high blood pressure, reaction to changes in meds, vision/glasses, issues with sinuses or brain (via MRI). I suppose it could be screen time, but frankly, that hasn’t changed so I don’t know why it would suddenly become an issue in 2024.
When I went on holiday and it seemed to clear, I assumed OK – it must be work stress and anxiety. But it didn’t start again until a couple weeks after returning, even though work stress resumed on day one.
@sk76 might be chemicals exuding from newly bought items or after a renovation
@kolya that's one I hadn't thought of! No renovation or anything.... I'll try to think of any source of new chemicals....
No - I work from home and there's no AC, and no changes in heating/ventilation.
